Purchase Orders for Educational Institutions

At Houston Acrylic, we proudly accept Purchase Orders (POs) from approved educational institutions. Once your account is set up and approved, you’ll be placed on Net 30 payment terms, with certain restrictions and requirements. Here’s how to get started:

How to Set Up Your Account

To create a Purchase Order account, we’ll need the following information from your institution. You can e-mail this information to info@houstonacrylic.com 

• Contact First and Last Name
• Contact Email Address
• Contact Phone Number
• Institution Name
• Shipping Address
• Billing Information (Email, Contact, Invoice Requirements, etc.)

Once your account is approved, you’ll receive an email from info@houstonacrylic.com. This email will contain a unique B2B URL for your institution, allowing you to place orders, view shipping updates, and track past/current orders.

Placing a Purchase Order

1. Access the Website: Use the provided unique B2B URL to browse and add items to your cart. you will submit your cart for our team to then review. If you require a PDF invoice, please reach out after submitting your cart.
2. Submit a PO:  Once you submit your order, you will email your approved Purchase Order to info@houstonacrylic.com. We require a minimum order amount of $250.
3. Order Approval: Once your PO is approved, we will process and ship your order. Orders are placed on Net 30 payment terms, meaning payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Important Purchase Order Guidelines

• Minimum Order Amount: POs must meet a minimum order of $250.
• Outstanding Invoices: You can only have one unpaid order at a time. Ensure any outstanding invoices are paid in full before placing a new order.
• Multiple Users: If there are other individuals in your organization authorized to place orders, contact us to request additional personalized URLs.

LaserEd Donation Program

We encourage schools and institutions to participate in our LaserEd Program. Through this initiative, we support schools with STEM programs by providing donations.
