Custom-Sized Acrylic Sheets

Maximum Shipping Size

• The maximum width we can ship is 24 inches.
• The maximum length we can ship is 46 inches.
• Acrylic sheets larger than these dimensions must be picked up from our showroom:
  • 7701 West Little York Road, Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77040.

Important Notes:

• Orders for custom-sized acrylic sheets outside the lower 48 states may not qualify for free shipping.
• Sheets larger than 24"x35" will incur a large item shipping fee of $20.00 on top of shiping
• If shipping in the lower 48 states orders totaling $50.00-$99.00 ship for $7.50, and orders totaling over $100.00 ship for free. Order totals are before taxes and after discounts are applied.

Custom Cut Process & Fees

If your custom size can be cut from an in-stock sheet, you'll pay for the nearest available sheet plus a custom cut fee. For example:

• If you need a 1/8" Clear sheet measuring 16"x20", you can purchase the nearest in-stock size (e.g., 18"x24") and pay a small cut fee to get the desired size.

Please Note:

• Expect a size variance of approximately +/- ½ inch in length and width.
• Thickness may vary by approximately +/- 30%.
• We are only able to offer custom sizes in certain colors since many sheets are cut down to stock sizes as soon as they arrive. For a list of available colors and a pricing calculator, please visit the following link:

Custom Size Limits

• The max size for 1/8" and 1/4" thick acrylic sheets is 48"x96".
• The max size for 1/16" thick acrylic sheets is 48"x72".
• We cannot provide sheets larger than these sizes.

Cut Quality

Custom-sized sheets are cut via a saw, resulting in:

• Unfinished edges.
• Slight measurement variances.
• Chipped or fractured corners due to the sawing process.
