We can initiate the refund process with the shipping carrier on your behalf. These services are guaranteed by the carriers, and delays can often result in a refund. However, please note that each carrier has specific terms and conditions that must be met for a refund to be issued. For example, UPS Next Day Air is not guaranteed on weekends in residential areas. We encourage you to research the shipping options with the shipping carriers prior to selecting one.
