Maximum Sheet Sizes

• The maximum size we can ship is 24" wide and 46" long.
• Sheets larger than 35" in length will incur a large item shipping fee.
• For reference, standard sheet sizes:
  • 1/8" and 1/4" acrylic are manufactured in 4'x8' sheets.
  • 1/16" acrylic comes in 4'x6' sheets.
  • Two-Tone acrylic is available in 12"x24", 24"x24", and 24"x48".

Note: For sizes larger than 24"x46", the sheet must be picked up from our showroom in Houston.

How Custom Sizing Works

If your custom size can be cut from an in-stock sheet, you'll purchase the closest available sheet size and pay an additional custom cut fee. The fee will be mentioned in the item description of the material.

For example, if you need a 16"x20" sheet, you may select the nearest size, such as an 18"x24" sheet, and add the custom cut fee to receive your desired dimensions.

Custom Cut Quality

Custom cuts are performed using a saw, which may leave:

• Rough edges and potentially slightly chipped corners.
• Unpolished edges. If you need polished edges, this would be classified as a laser cutting service.

Please note there is a sizing variance of +/- 1/2" for all custom cuts. This service is not intended for very small sizes, such as 2"x3" or 5"x7". For smaller sizes, laser cutting services would be necessary and may incur additional fees and time.

Laser Cutting for Shapes or Polished Edges

Our custom cut service is only for straight cuts. If you need shapes, detailed cuts, or polished edges, please inquire about our laser cutting services, which offer more precision.
